The main feature of Baron Bigod is that it is the UK’s only raw milk farmhouse Brie. Made from the untreated milk of the Montbeliarde cow it is the only traditional raw milk Brie-de-Meaux style cheese produced in the UK.

Made by hand and in small quantities, the cheese is aged for up to 8 weeks in a cave-like environment, hence the lovely earthy flavouring.
